This Post Is dedicated to all those webmasters who have put their sweat and blood in building links and posting quality content on their website but still have not got any pagerank update in 2011.I know it can be very frustrating for some and some even donot bother for the pagerank.
My website does not got any pagerank update in January 2011 and it bothered me a little bit.In terms of SEO pagerank has lost its importance but still when you do reciprocal links or oneway links for other sites at that point of time pagerank really counts.BTW I do none of them.
I have put a lot of effort in this website and was expecting pagerank of PR2-PR3 on google update but the results were not as expected. So it lead me to investigate what went wrong. On searching I found that all the websites which are older then 6-8 months have their pagerank updated and the new websites did not get any pagerank update. So,If your new website does not got any pagerank update then there is no need to panic or worry.
It seems a new policy adopted by google. Moreover if your posting quality,Unique content regularly then you might have observed increase in traffic as is the case with me.So,concentrate more on what your readers want.
Congrats to all those who got good pagerank updates and those who have not got any wait for the next update .

Management Is The Key, But How Do You Manage ? In Reference With Japan Quake.
“There are no hopeless situations; there are only men and women who have grown hopeless about them.”
I remember this management saying when I read in a newspaper today about the road in Japan which was devastated by the March 11, 2011 devastating earthquake. The highway was situated in Naka, Ibaraki prefecture, Japan, and was severely damaged because of the 7.2 quake.
However, a Japanese company restored the damaged section of the highway linking Tokyo and Ibaraki in just six (6) days. Yes, in only six days!
I then kept on thinking why countless other road projects in many countries of the world took many months to repair or rehabilitate. I know for a fact that the repair of just a small damaged portion of some roads or highways in some countries took six months to one year to finish
Where lies the difference? Is it due to graft and corruption? Is it due to the incompetence of some contractors?
Whatever the cause for the unreasonable delay in fixing a damaged road, management is a factor. For management is defined as getting things done through people. It is the art of using limited resources – time, money, organization, machines, the services of men, to accomplish an objective.
The principle that lies behind in fixing a road efficiently and effectively is the same principle that can be used in all other human endeavors – like running a bank, an organization, a small business, a job, a career, an event, or any other human activity.
Too often, we heard and witnessed a lot of business being closed, of companies going bankrupt, of firms in the red. The root cause of these problems is lack of management, or due to poor management.
The key to effective performance is to manage, and manage effectively and well. This principle applies to any human activity, be it in running a business, a family, a relationships, a school, or even in blogging.
But how do you manage? What is your management style?

Here Are The - Five Easy Steps To Sell Your Products and Services Effectively
John, one of my readers from New York, USA, e-mailed me yesterday asking: “How can I sell my products to my customers effectively? I need your advice to grow my handicrafts business.”
John, actually there are many ways to sell your products effectively, as there are many ways to skin a cat, as the saying goes.
But based on my experience and the experiences of my clients who are business women and men, here’s the five (5) easy steps:
1. Who Is Your Market?
Your market is your customers, both prospective and actual. People buy goods and services to meet their needs and wants.
So, the first step in making the sale is knowing what your customers’ needs and wants, tastes and preferences are.
How do you know the needs and wants of your target customers? The best and easy ways are by interviews and surveys.
In so doing, you will exactly know how many they want to buy, their purchasing power and the amount they are willing to buy, and why they want to buy your products or services.
This way, you can determine how many you are going to sell (supply) based on the quantity that they are willing to buy (demand).
2. What Is Your Product or Service?
Knowing the needs and wants of your customers is already half the sale, just as knowing what the problem is, is already half the solution.
The other half, to complete the transaction, is to provide them with products and services that meet their needs and wants.
3. How Do You Promote Your Product or Service?
To make the sale, you must know how to promote your product or service. This could take many forms, either by personal contact, by phone, by e-mail, by referrals, by leaflets and flyers.
My clients told me that based on their experience, the best way to make the sale is by personal contact, as you create a good and lasting impressions from your customers.
4. How Much Is Your Product or Service Worth?
What is the price of your product or service? Pricing is a very important factor in selling. In pricing your products, it is necessary to look at the prices of your competitors. You must know also your cost and your desired profit.
5. What Is Your After-Sales Service?
Customer relations is a must. Without customers you have no business. To retain your customers, make them come back for more, and patronize your business –establish good customer relations.
Business transaction does not end after the sale is made.
It is an on-going process where you are always around to attend to their complaints and queries, where your old customers are coming back, where they refer your business to their friends and relatives and make your business grow.
You can establish good customer relations by letting your customers know that you place their needs and wants first in your priority, and that you always like to provide satisfaction and best deals to them.
Conclusion
John, as you can see, there are many ways to sell products and services effectively. But the foregoing provides you with the five easy steps to take, and I wish you success in your handicrafts business.

I Think I Can - Start and Build Your Business Through Positive Thinking
I have been saying all along that all business enterprises first started as a thought, an idea, a dream, an intuition, of the business owner.
All riches begin as a state of mind. This has been the secret of the ages.
Based on my own study, it seems that business owners or entrepreneurs are people with vision, daring, and positive mental attitude.
A positive mental attitude – or positive thinking– is the starting point of all riches, whether they be riches of a material nature or intangible riches, said the world-famous author Napoleon Hill.
The following are the five easy ways to start and grow your own business, using positive mental attitude.
1. Associate yourself with successful and positive people. People have vibrations and influences, and the influence people have over our own personal energy is amazing. When you have people around you who inspire you, believe in you and want you to succeed, there’s no room for doubts.
As what Napoleon Hill, in his “Think And Grow Rich” said many years ago: “What your mind can conceive and believe, your mind can achieve.”
2. Always think positive and make a positive affirmation. Holding positive thoughts in your mind and repeating it by way of an affirmation daily will give you amazing results.
It has been long established that repeating positive affirmations has been shown to get people through tough times and to actually help them truly believe what they’re saying.
Visualizing yourself to be the owner of a successful business, before it come to reality, and making affirmations like: “Everyday in every way I am building a profitable business” will someday make your thoughts come true in reality.
Many successful businessmen and women have used the same affirmation strategy to attain their success.
3. Avoid negative thoughts. We all have negative thoughts from time to time, however, negative thoughts and emotions can derail us and prevent us from achieving all we desire.
When you find yourself thinking negative thoughts or having negative emotions, make sure that you forget it and replace them with positive thoughts, and focus on your goal, objectives, dreams and aspirations.
The affirmations mentioned above are a great way to turn the negative into the positive
4. Set goals/intentions and let it go. The law of attraction says that we attract what we focus on the most. However, desperation, needing your business to be a success, sends mixed messages and a lot of negativity into the universe.
Set your goals and intentions and then let them go. A certain amount of faith in yourself and in the power of attraction is necessary.
5. Be grateful. Gratitude is perhaps the single most powerful and positive tool for success. When you’re grateful for all of the wonderful things and people in your life the challenges you face seem significantly less important and are more easily dealt with.
Conclusion:
Success is within your reach and with positive thinking or mental attitude you can accomplish anything you set your sights on. Embrace these five powerful mind success strategies and you’ll build a better business and live a happier, more satisfying life.

Top Five Secrets To Manage Your Business Like Bruce Lee
Do you know that Bruce Lee can teach you important lessons on how to manage your business?
Bruce Lee (Nov. 27, 1940-July 20, 1973) is a founder of Jeet Kune Do martial arts movement and is considered one of the most influential martial artist of the 20th century, as well as a cultural icon.
In the book “Tao of Jeet Kune Do” you can read many of Bruce Lee’s well-known philosophies on his life and martial arts principles that made him a famous martial artist, actor, and an icon.
You will discover that Bruce Lee’s philosophical ideas in the book can be applied to many things in everyday life, including in business and management.
Here’s the five principles in the book that you can apply to your business or use to manage your business.
1. Intense Desire
“We are told that talent creates its own opportunities. Yet, it sometimes seems that intense desire creates not only its own opportunities, but its own talents as well.”
To manage your business, it is important to have intense desire, not just a desire. Your desire to survive the competition, to make your business grow, to generate profit, must be intense as to keep you working even if your competitors are already sleeping.
3. Seek and seize opportunities.
“If you think you have the opening, you should let it fly and not be half-hearted about it.”
One of the characteristics of a good business person is the ability to seek opportunities and to seize opportunities when it comes along.
In business, opportunities sometimes come in the form of hard work. In addition, everyday the market offers various crisis and problems that are actually opportunities. These include product innovation, acting on customers’ complaints, trade credits, price discounts. Even a recession could be converted into business opportunities.
It is how you seek and seize opportunities that will spell the difference between profit and loss, between success and failure.
What separates a failed business person from a successful one? One of the answers is intense desire.
2. The Will to Win
“You can win if you want to badly enough,” means that the will to win is constant. No amount of punishment, no amount of effort, no condition is too “tough” to take in order to win.”
To win your customers and clientele means you must have the will to offer quality products and services that meet their needs and wants.
This means you must strive for customer satisfaction. You must instill in you and your subordinates the will to service excellence, to put the interest of the customers above your own.
4. Use Your Time and Energy Wisely
“A relaxed technician expends mental and physical energy constructively, converting it when it does not contribute to the solution of the problem and spending it freely when it does.”
To manage your business is to use time and energy wisely, as well as the time and energy of your people.
In business, as well as in any other areas of life, time is precious. And time waits for no man or woman, for the business world belongs to the quick-to those people who are fast to seize opportunities, to make the deal, to offer the best product or service to the customers.
How you use your time and energy to achieve your business objectives, e.g. business survival, growth, and profitability, depends on you as a manager or owner.
5. Practice makes perfect
“Each performance of an act strengthens the connections involved and makes the next performance easier, more certain, and more readily done.”
Management is an art. As an art, it needs constant practice, to make the art perfect.
The more you plan your business, organize your people and ways of doing things, lead your subordinates, and control costs, the more you will become knowledgeable in the art of managing.
Management does not only involves knowing, but more importantly, it requires implementation and execution. It is in the practice that you will be able to make your business survive, grow and be profitable.
Follow Bruce Lee’s five principles to manage your business and you will be successful.

Hmm Are you a workaholic? Are your self-worth and self-esteem found in the basket of your work?
Are You A Workaholic?
Are you a workaholic? Are your self-worth and self-esteem found in the basket of your work?
The love of work
When I was still working in a food processing company, I had two officemates who always stayed in the office past 5 p.m. leaving time, sometimes staying up to 9 p.m. even without overtime pay. These two officemates also go to work during Saturdays, even though Saturday is a non-working day in the company.
Then, while I was teaching management in a university, I met a department chair who would work in his office until the wee hours of the morning, while the gates of the university are closed.
His wife had been complaining about his “weird” attitude toward his work.
Consequences of Workaholic
Being a workaholic is a compulsive behavior to work and work, at the expense of health, family, loved ones, and friends.
Workaholics have the inclination to neglect even their health. In addition, there are emotional problems involved. When a workaholic arrives home, he would be tired to give attention to his family, like his wife and children, as his mind is occupied with the unfinished work in the office.
Signs of a Workaholic
What are the signs of work addiction? How do you know if you are addicted to your work? Look around your office and see if the following symptoms are present:
1. Work long hours, even after off office hours.
2. A perfectionist.
3. Always talking about work matters even during break time, lunchtime or snacks time in the office.
4. Poor in interpersonal communications.
5. Always in a hurry.
6. Routine is home, office, home, office.
7. Wants to be always in control; don’t delegate the work.
8. Calls you even on Sundays, during nighttime, even in the middle of the night, to talk about work.
9. Wants the work done urgently and rush.
10. Quick tempered and has a low tolerance for mistakes.
11. Rarely socialize or mingle with colleagues and subordinates.
12. Don’t take vacation leave.
13. Reports for work even when not feeling well.
Is being a workaholic bad?
This is the question that has often been asked. Is it bad? Personally, my answer is in the positive. It is bad for the workaholic because his work won’t take care of him when he gets sick, or in the hospital. His family will, but he is neglecting his family and loved ones in favor of his work.
From the point of view of the company, a workaholic is not also good, because it is a sign of an addiction, of excess, and excess is always not good in the long term. Besides, the workaholic by his attitudes, alienates his colleagues, subordinates, and other people.
The key is balance
Working hard is not working smart. Life is not made up of work alone. There are many things to do in this life other than work.
It will do well for workaholics to remember the advice of Brian Dyson:
“Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling five balls in the air. You name them – work, family, health, friends, and spirit – and you’re keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls – family, health, friends, and spirit are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged, or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life.”

What is WEP Encryption and its Security For Information
WEP encryption (Wired Equivalent Privacy, or Wired Equivalent Privacy) is a cipher, implemented in the 802.11 wireless connection protocol, which encrypts the information we will pass between two points so that it can only be access to them and interpret them the points that have the same key.
In general, a wireless router or Access Point will only allow access to those terminals that have the same WEP encryption key.
This key can be of three types:
64-bit WEP key .-, 5 characters or 10 hexadecimal digits (0 to 9””””A to F preceded by the string”0x”).
128-bit WEP key .-, 13 characters or 26 hexadecimal digits (0 to 9””””A to F preceded by the string”0x”).
256-bit WEP key .-, 29 characters or 58 hexadecimal digits (0 to 9””””A to F preceded by the string”0x”).
The one most often used is 128 bit, offering a good level of protection without being overly long and complicated.
The 256-bit WEP encryption is not supported by many devices.
The 256-bit WEP encryption is not supported by many devices.
A WEP key can decipher (there are programs for it), but this requires an uninterrupted traffic data for a given time (in fact, enough data and enough time).
Obviously, the higher the level of encryption and key more complicated the more difficult it will be to decipher.
It does not take the same (given data volume and time) to crack the WEP encryption key of 64 bits of 128 bits, and there are also no relationship between arithmetic, ie it does not take twice as crack a WEP key of 128 bits a 64-bit.
Although it is possible to crack these encryption keys, do not think that is easy or quick. A good key 128-bit WEP encryption (if not a 256-bit) can be almost unreadable if we have ensured that is sufficiently complicated.
Most key-cracking programs are based on a series of more or less logical sequence with which it begins to attack our system to enter. Obviously, a key rate takes seconds 1234567890 be located, but no one thinks (or should it occur) to this key.
We should avoid keys that contain sequences related to us (dates, names, places), and phrases, as it is the first thing you try this type of program. This is not only valid for a WEP key, but for any kind of key you say. We should also avoid key easy as consecutive sequences of keys or numbers.
For safety it is strongly recommended wherever possible to enable MAC address filtering. An also read my post on Wifi Security
A MAC (Media Access Control address) is a hexadecimal identifier of 48 bits. This address is unique for each device, not being a user-modifiable parameter (each card or network interface has its own MAC address, set by the manufacturer.)
Your Life is a Do It Yourself Project
My Facebook friend sent me a private message yesterday, asking for advice about her problems concerning her life, and how to search for life’s meaning and significance.
It appears that many people, past and present, and in the future, are too preoccupied about the meaning of life, of living, how to live and what to live for.
I then remember an inspirational story which says that life is a do-it-yourself project, that what and how you do with your life is entirely up to you. Here’s the story.
An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employer-of his plans to leave the house building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his extended family.
He would miss the paycheck, but he wanted to retire. They could get by. The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor.
The carpenter said yes, but his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end his career.
When the carpenter finished his work and the builder came to inspect the house, the contractor handed the front-door key to the carpenter. “This is your house,” he said, “my gift to you.”
What a shock! What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently. Now he had to live in the home he had built none too well.
So it is with us. If we build our lives in a distracted way, reacting rather than acting, willing to put up less than the best. At important points we do not give the job our best effort.
Then with a shock we look at the situation we have created and find that we are now living in the house we have built. If we had realized that we would have done it differently.
Think of yourself as the carpenter. Think about your house. Each day you hammer a nail, place a board, or erect a wall. Build wisely.
It is the only life you will ever build. Even if you live it for only one day more, that day deserves to be lived graciously and with dignity.
The plaque on the wall says, “Life is a do-it-yourself project.”
Your attitudes and the choices you make today, build the “house” you live in tomorrow.
What Is Affiliate Marketing – Can It Give Enough Money To You ?
Does affiliate marketing bring in money?” is a question some of my fellow bloggers sometimes asked me.
You see, the internet is full of affiliate marketing programs and many companies are into it. But does it bring in more than enough money to an affiliate?
Well, I’ve tried affiliate marketing thrice, and the results are mixed. So, my answer is it depends on what affiliate program you are trying to promote and sell through your blog.
What is affiliate marketing?
It is a marketing practice in which a business rewards you for each visitor or customer you brought about by your own marketing efforts.
For example, you have a blog, and you advertise in your blog a product or a service of a company. You will get commission every time a customer purchases the product or service through your blog.
Another example are the reward sites, where users are rewarded with cash or gifts, for the completion of an offer, and the referral of others to the site.
Is affiliate marketing a form of online marketing?
The answer is yes, because when you do affiliate marketing you use your website or blog to drive traffic to another site – the company site in which you are the affiliate.
To generate sales and sales referrals you have to use your own blog to advertise the product of the company. Your income as an affiliate is dependent on how much sales you can generate using your own blog.
I’ve found out that the best way to make money in affiliate marketing is finding your own niche market with products and services you can trust and believe in, which also jibe with your blog’s niche.
How to become an affiliate?
You register with a company of your choice doing an affiliate marketing program. On the internet there are thousands of companies with affiliate programs. You can do affiliate marketing of webhosting companies like Host Gator or Just Host. You can purchase products of Click Bank and market it thru your blog.
Once you become an affiliate, you put the banner or ad of the company on your blog. Advertise your blog to generate more readers. Publish content frequently, so that your visitors which are also the target buyers of your affiliate products will come back often to read your posts.
Content is king even in affiliate marketing
That is why even in affiliate marketing, content still matters. This is because your blog’s content has proven time and again to be the best sales tool available to affiliate marketers. Nothing, not even strategically placed ad copy works as well as providing quality content that pre-sells any product or service that you’re promoting on your blog.
Your blog, personality and brand
Many affiliate programs provide their affiliates with ready marketing materials, which all you must do is to put it on your blog, like banner ads or text-link ads. They have also e-mail letters and articles which you can use to send to your target customers.
However, as an affiliate you are your own company and your blog needs to reflect your personality and brand.
Building loyal readers around your blog and providing valuable and useful content is a best way to build your image, and create a following that trusts you and your credibility – which will result in click throughs and affiliate sales.
In the final analysis, doing affiliate marketing is to help your readers and other people live better lives, without having to provide the products or services personally, and make money as a result.

Here Is The Answer Why You Should Use The Right Words When You Promote and Advertise
Many businessmen and women are wondering why their respective businesses have few customers, resulting to poor sales and profit, even though they do some kind of promotion and advertising.
The problem lies not in advertising and promotion, but in the words you use when you promote and advertise your business, products and services.
That is why in promoting your business, you need to use the right kind of words or active language words that send a message to your customers to act, to do, a call to action.
This is how to do it:
1. Your ad must have a call to action – directed to your target market, to your customers about the benefit of the products or services that you are selling. Unless the customers are convinced of the benefits to them of your products and services, they won’t buy at all.
2. Focus on the customers. Instead of using “we” or “I”, use instead “you”. Customers come to you hoping to buy your products or services to meet their needs, wants, and expectations, and not to listen to you talk about your business, or your pet dog, or hobbies.
3. When you communicate to your customers, don’t use common words that many others use – words that people have heard over and over again in ads and promotion.
Study the words that your competitors are using when they promote their business, products or services and don’t copy theirs. Be creative, be unique, be different vis-à-vis the profile of your target customers.
4. When you communicate to your target customers, use words that connotes excitement, service, trust, value for money, customer service, integrity.
In the final analysis, words create images, impressions, expectations. Words influence how we think, feel, do, and make decisions. Since words determine actions and reactions, use it to persuade your customers, buyers, and target market.
As such, advertising and promotion are mostly a function of words, words, words. And your words have power.
Awsome Six Easy Tips on How to Turn Your Blog Visitors into Readers
A basic dictum in blogging is that any blogger worth his blog must have readers. Otherwise, what’s the use of publishing great content if no one reads it?
In addition, many bloggers want to make money from their blogs, the reason why they are running some ads, like Adsense which is a popular and giant ad network of Google.
Blog visitors vs. Customers
Whatever is your objective in blogging, whether to generate more visitors or traffic or monetize your blog by having many readers who click on your ads, it is important to convert your visitors into customers.
After all, your blog visitors may just bounce and exit right away, while your customers interact with you, read your posts and leave comments. Customers also buy your online products and services or click your ads.
How do you turn visitors into customers?
Axandra, a search engine optimization firm, has provided six tips on how to turn your visitors into customers, as follows:
1). What is your blog all about and what’s in it for the visitor?
You have only a few seconds to keep a visitor on your page. If the visitor is not convinced within seconds that your site is worth reading, he’ll go away.
Clearly tell your website visitors which problem your product solves and why your solution is better than other solutions. This piece of information should be presented as prominently as possible.
2). Is your blog trustworthy?
Tell your visitors who you are and don’t hide your address. If possible, show customer testimonials. Show your website visitors that you are a real company and that you can be trusted.
Are you a member of an industry organization? Has your company received awards? Tell your website visitors!
3. Does your blog look professional?
Another way to create trust is to use a professional website design. Avoid clutter and extreme colors. Use a clear design that makes it easy to read your web pages.
If your website displays ads, consider if they distract your website visitors too much from the real content. Your website visitors might also wonder why your site shows ads for other companies.
4. Make it as easy as possible for your website visitors.
Tell your website visitors what you want them to do: “Download the free demo”, “Create a free account”, “Download the free white paper”, “Subscribe to our newsletter”, etc.
Focus on a single task. Don’t ask the customer to subscribe to your newsletter or to download the demo or to request more information.
Focus also on a single task and tell the visitor in great detail why it would be good for the customer to complete that task. Of course, you can use different tasks on different pages of your site.
Add user instructions to every task. The less your website visitors have to think about how to complete the task, the better.
5. Make it a risk-free experience for your customers
Emphasize your respect of privacy and remove unnecessary fields from your sign-up forms. Avoid registration forms or make the forms as short as possible.
The more fields a form has, the less people will fill it out.
Offer money back guarantees and other guarantees that show your website visitors that it is risk-free to complete a task on your website. Always deliver on your promises!
6. Give search engines what they want while pleasing your website visitors
The title and the major tag line on your web page should contain the main selling proposition of your website and one or two good keywords.
When a searches sees your website in the search results, the title will show the searcher that he has found a good match. The content on your web page should confirm and clarify this with more detail.
Increasing the conversion rate of your website is an easy way to increase your revenue without increasing the number of website visitors.
The more visitors of your website become customers, the more you will earn when your blog is listed on Google’s first results page.
Here Are The Five Tips To Rapidly Grow Your Business
Do you want to grow your business rapidly? Here are the five tips.
1. Never Forget Where You Came From
As your business grows and becomes bigger than just your first core group of clients, it is vital for you to remember not to forget about those clients and how they got you to where you are today.
Memorize the names, traits, and order specifics about your first core of clients to avoid treating them as mere numbers on a spreadsheet. Keep in contact with these clients and offer your assistance whenever necessary.
In addition, asking a core client for feedback is never a bad idea, as it can give you insight into what attracted them to your product/business in the first place. It is very hard to gain a customer, but remarkably easy to lose one if you change your product too much or reduce its quality.
If you build a healthy business relationship with your first, core clients, they will feel comfortable enough to tell you when your business is not meeting their expectations.
2. Grow Smart
Growing too fast will kill your business faster than an inferior product will. Without the proper infrastructure set up internally to accommodate your growth, you will become overstretched, and the customer service and product quality that enabled your growth in the first place will inevitably suffer.
Growing too fast will kill your business faster than an inferior product will. Without the proper infrastructure set up internally to accommodate your growth, you will become overstretched, and the customer service and product quality that enabled your growth in the first place will inevitably suffer.
There are numerous signs that your business is growing too fast, including:
• Constantly operating in crisis mode
• Relying heavily on temporary workers
• Higher rate of turnover and low employee morale
• Increase in negative feedback from customers
• Relying heavily on temporary workers
• Higher rate of turnover and low employee morale
• Increase in negative feedback from customers
If you find yourself dealing with one or more of these issues, step back and look at your overall infrastructure and business plan: is it strong enough to handle the current rate of growth?
3. Search Out Problems
Many times, clients who are experiencing problems with your product will not tell you about it, but will simply stop using it and tell all their friends about their bad experience.
Many times, clients who are experiencing problems with your product will not tell you about it, but will simply stop using it and tell all their friends about their bad experience.
This bad word of mouth is poison to any business without a multi-million dollar marketing budget; best to follow up with your clients several times to ensure their satisfaction with your product.
Moreover, utilizing search engines to seek out bad word of mouth or bad press can yield some surprising results. Google search “(product) sucks,” or “(product) broken,” or “(product) disappointing” and see what pops up.
With a fast reply to these issues, you will show clients you are serious about keeping their business, and are not taking your dealing(s) with them for granted.
4. Marketing On The Cheap
Chances are, your business does not yet have a multi-million dollar marketing budget; it is easy to be intimidated by the campaigns that larger companies throw at consumers on a daily basis, but bigger isn’t necessarily better.
Chances are, your business does not yet have a multi-million dollar marketing budget; it is easy to be intimidated by the campaigns that larger companies throw at consumers on a daily basis, but bigger isn’t necessarily better.
In addition, most business owners only look at the advertising side of marketing, but there are two marketing steps to complete before you even consider publicity:
• The first step is to determine who your product benefits and how to effectively reach those potential customers.
• The second step is to create an identity for your product featuring a crisp, professional image that inspires trust in your potential customer base.
• The final step is now advertising: find a cost-effective way to communicate your message to your potential customer base, and offer them an incentive that motivates them into action.
Again, this doesn’t necessarily mean spending thousands of dollars on media blitzes and commercials.
5. Influence A Loyal, Strong, Happy Employee Base
While degrees from Online Schools and lots of letters and titles after somebody’s name can help your business in theory, they mean nothing without loyalty, strength, and a hard-working attitude.
While degrees from Online Schools and lots of letters and titles after somebody’s name can help your business in theory, they mean nothing without loyalty, strength, and a hard-working attitude.
Having employees with these traits will facilitate your business moving forward and weather the storm of competition.
Moreover, a happy employee is a more productive employee, reducing operational costs and the loss of productivity associated with having to train new staff because of turnover.
It will also benefit the future of your company, as you will have potential leaders and managers right there, working for you already.
